I Purchased 3 earbud products on 19th (19/05/2022) from meesho online shopping site. But I only got one item. On the same day (24/5/2022) I made a request for a return saying that the product item was missing. I called the call center 2 times that day and was informed that the amount would be credited to the account within 3 days. Rs: 341 was credited to my account on the same day. The balace of the amount is still not credited in my account and when I called the call center I was able to know that the complaint time was 7 days. But in the meesho app there is no mention of calling the callcenter anywhere in the return time on item missing. Then how can an ordinary customer call the call center and complaint. I already requested for return option at the same day regarding ‘Item missing ‘.
