I ordered items from jiomart of sum amount 244.80 on 28th Jan 2021. The order got cancelled automatically. When I informed customer care they told me that the amount of declined order will be reversed within 7 working days to the source account. But till today after multiple email follow-up still I have not received my refund and they are still saying the same statement.
I have escalated the same to 2nd level (cshead@jiomart.com) but they are also replying me the same statement but not refund me back.
