I got a msg on my whatsapp from a mobile number 9624610272 from a Gujarat based company Oracle solutions that you are selected for Work from Home Job of data entry form filling. He say you want to submit 500 forms in 5 day for which you have to sign an agreement immediately. I have send them after signing. He has not given me enough time to throughly read it . After sending this online agreement, I got a mail containing an Agreement and workload. In this agreement the was a clause that I have to pay a penalty 6000/- if I do not furnish the task on time or if I do not meet 90% accuracy level. And after 2 days my working id is ban when I call to customer support she told me in 24 hours you get a call. After some hours one person he say he is lawyer from Gujrat and company are case a file against me he says pay 40,500 for terminate your agreement , he say if I can’t pay amount he case file agents me on act 72,73,74 and ipc section 420..
PLEASE HELP ME ? ?….
