Text of Complaint by Vatsal Dhanuka:

I bought Oppo enco, and they had a problem from the start, firstly there were minor issues like abrubt disconnection, and from the last month, the device has become unusable; the left buds audio has reduced to 0% and in last 2 days they have stopped charging and stuck at 10%, i went to Gwalior service center, firstly they had unexperienced technician, and they are denying warranty claim on not having an outer box. This is to inform you that I have every proof, like bill, invoice, and warranty card. I want a replacement for this product immediately.Thanking you for your support,i am hoping a quick resolution for my problem
