Dear Sir,
I had ordered 1 mobile Redmi 9 model from Amazon with order# 408-3949826-9053121 on 05-Nov. This order was delivered to me but the mobile box was already seal broken. As it is mentioned on every mobile box that DO NOT ACCEPT IF SEAL IS BROKEN hence i raised return request to Amazon without even opening the box. Their pick up guy came and opened the box and switched on the phone and found that there is IMEI mismatch with his data. Hence, he cancelled the return request. I again raised complaint to Amazon and they assured to get it picked up but again pick up guy cancelled request without even visiting my place. This has repeatedly been happening for 4 times and amazon people deny to give me any complaint number and say that it is only for their internal use and cannot be shared with customers. My last interaction happened with their supervisor named Amarjyoti and he assured me of resolution and call back but again neither i got his call back nor any resolution. He shared tracking number 623454314174 on 24-Nov but pick up still has not happened.
As my 9999rs are still with Amazon and refund is not processed i request for your intervention to return this product and get me my refund.
