It’s been over 3 Weeks that we have been calling Flipkart for a Smart CHEATING that has happened with us. It is HORRIFIC that in these days of Social Media, Flipkart has DARED to Indulge in such Cheating Business in Daylight. We guess
this STORY should be PUBLISHED in Every Newspaper and also Covered by News Channels.
So we placed 7 orders on 29 September for 7 Pairs of Socks i.e Total 49 Socks in White / Gray Colour (Invoice Attached). Shamelessly Flipkart Delivers JUST Single Order of 7 Dirty SOCKS in All Mix colours. So we placed a Request for REFUND on 05 October (the day we got delivery of 1 packet of 7 socks). IMAGINE ! None of
The remaining 6 Packets are Delivered and Flipkart very Smartly shows Status as DELIVERED. Now as a PLUS Member, we have to Call Flipkart every 2 days to REQUEST for the REFUND and The Cheaters Executives at Flipkart just give False Assurances that it will be Escalated etc..etc…. Hence out of sheer frustration, We have now
decided to Goto COURT so all other innocent customers are SAVED in Future. Infact FLIPKART Should be BANNED for its Malpractices. Being in India, You CHEAT Openly ??? Very Surprising. CC of this Email is being sent to the PMO
and Ministry of Industry and Commerce as well.
