I bought a blanded top from paytm mall through paytm on 29/4/19,.order number 8100896284 Rs 305 time 1.55pm
But as per the given description, the top color and size are not match. So I raised query for replacement reference number 121821604 next they of delivered, to the reason for size, even top color was also not matches.
The courier gay came to pickup the replacement but rejected and said color is not same.
It’s my fault, i recived same top same I returned but reason was size because I got 1 option to raised replacement weather size or colour.
Till than top is still with me, which is not any use if mine I cannot wear size is unfit.
Pls check the fraud.i have raised complaint for paytm it self but two days they are giving same ans as I am working on your case.
It’s open cheating,next day I raised an issue i could I arranged same pattern top in day it’s common sense.
I want back my money I don’t want any of product from paytm not even replacement. They r open cheating from their customer.
