Text of Complaint by Diwakar Ramesh:

I ordered an HP Victus laptop on September 28, 2025, using a credit card offer. On October 3, 2025, the delivery agent called, and I found the Flipkart box damaged and the bottom seal broken. I did not share the OTP due to this. Despite this, the delivery agent cancelled the order without my consent. I contacted Flipkart support multiple times via chat and phone, but the issue was not resolved. I request an immediate replacement under the original terms and offer, with properly sealed packaging. Attached are photos of the broken package as evidence.
