Text of Complaint by Ayushmaan Bajpai:

I have ordered 55 inch LG TV which costed me 44,990 which was open box delivery. When i got the delivery that delivery guy asked for the otp i gave him and that TV wasn’t covered properly and there was a scratch on the screen i asked about it from the delivery guy he said its just a mark might have happened during the transport and he took the photo even after my questions and left. When I connected the TV it was broken from inside we immediately asked delivery guy to come back and take photo again he denied saying he can’t do anything as it was looking perfect from outside and in photos when its off and open box doesn’t includes switching on the TV. Now, Flipkart is denying return and asking us to reach out to LG service center and the service center made the bill of 32k as damaged product.
