Dear Sir,
PNR No-8729587711. My ticket cancelled directly by IRCTC but charges of cancellation applied wrong and the refund amount shown just Rs.570.
I am chasing the same with IRCTCa since last 3 days but unfortunately IRCTC not answering me the status even the explanation.
All the traction details I have available. I wanted to know why only 570 return by IRCTC when the booking amount was 4400+
