I am Ravindra Mandale from Nashik, Maharashtra. I am unemployed from last two months and searching full time or part time jobs online. On 01-2-2020 I received a call from 7265801282 (Diya gupta) from Rey technology company vapi gujrat regarding online form filling work. She convinced me how the work is so simple & give more money. She ask for id proof and I send aadhar card. Thereafter she send a agreement software app and ask me to install it and write my name as signature in it for agreement. After this at afternoon they sent me user id and password and direct to start work. From 01-2-2020 to 10-2-2020 as a full time job I completed my work of 1400 forms and submitted on 10-2-2020. On 11-2-2020 they generated QC report and shown as fail. After checking mistakes it reveals that mostly there is error of extra space in address field which can be correctable. On 12-2-2020 I received a call from 7211100572 (Surbhi patel), and said that as your QC report is fail they can’t release my salary. I tell her to give a chance for correction and requested to give 1-2 hours to correct the said mistakes but she denied the same. She tell me that if I paid penalty of Rs.6800/- they will release my salary up to 5.30 pm including this penalty payment. By adjusting funds I paid Rs.6800/- at 4 pm and send payment proof to given email id (Patelsurbhi421@gmail.com) and inform by phone call. After 5-7 minutes I received call from her for acknowledging the payment made and further she tells that in my case multi login error and hence they can’t release my salary. I request her to release my salary, but she denied and ask to make further payment of Rs.5500/- to correct the said error. I request her as I have no money I can’t pay and deduct from my salary. At the end I request to deduct all my salary and paid only Rs.6800/- but she refuse. On 14-2-2020 received call from 8980185991 (Vipul patel) saying he is from advocate associates and my file forwarded is with them for payment reminder. They ask me to clear payment otherwise they file legal action against me under contract act. They also told me that I have to pay upto Rs.125000/- in he court.  I also request them to deduct all charges from my salary and paid only my paid amount Rs.6800/-. On same day other call received from 8980258642 (Legal warning dept vapi court) and he ask to pay the amount otherwise it will be recover from my father. On 15-2-2020 by email I have received a legal notice from advocate and they demanding payment of Rs.6700/- + 3000/- within 48 hours and reply within 7 days.  I have already paid Rs.6800/- but not stop this mental harassment. Please suggest what to do.
