I got a message from a random number saying they are ‘Star Loan’ and claiming that a man named ‘Padale Ganesh Arjun’ took loan from their loan app , he is not responding to their calls & messages, and his last repayment date has crossed. They are saying in the message that my name was provided as Emergency reference number & I have to pay his loan amount.
I have not been a part of any of this kind of loan for this person they are mentioning, neither have I signed as guarantor to anyone by the mentioned name by them as they are trying to say. They are falsely claiming these things and harassing to pay his loan money by sending such a whatsapp message. (screenshot attached)
