I placed an order for a suit worth ₹2,650 on the website of “Niyati Cloths,” which I discovered through their advertisements on Instagram and Facebook. However, the product I received was completely different from what was shown and described on their site.
When I tried to initiate a refund, the seller began ignoring my calls and messages. Despite repeatedly reaching out through WhatsApp and making multiple calls, I received no response.
I’m filing this complaint because there are numerous fake websites being promoted through platforms like Instagram and Facebook, which mislead customers and engage in fraudulent practices. I feel cheated and would like to pursue legal action against this company to prevent others from falling into the same trap.
