We had a family trip planned and a few people from the family couldn’t not travel due to health reasons. To avoid fellow passengers from not getting infected some of us took the decision not to travel post consultation with our doctor.
We asked the Airlines for refund as we had opted for full refund while booking. Now, the online agency and airlines are becoming un responsive and have not refunded my money.
