Dear Sir/Madam
I got a call from +919065489044 number and they said we are calling from rewards point department of HDFC bank. They said on your credit card have some reward points which got expired last week we redeem credit the balance to your bank account they said. They asked me to provide OTP which I got it to my mobile. I said the bank employees won’t ask these details why you people are asking. Thay said it is for authentication to verify your account and credit card. After providing getting messages as amount has been debited from cards.
After few minutes realised and raised a complaint in cybercrime and informed to bank care team to block credit card.
Till now my issue is not resolved.
