I had Booked on Bookmytab on 16-08-2020.
Wizpad Z1 Pro 10.1 Inch 6Gb/64Gb, Voice calling Tablet
The price I paid is Rs3,999/- as was tagged.
However on 26-08-2020, I received a parcel through courier Mallify Express with no receipt inside. The order no. was correct [5713149022], but the tablet I got was old out dated model SKU-138(Tab) with android 4 version os, which is not supported now, and with seal open [voided] . The specifications and model are no where near what the model I had ordered from the site. Kindly help me to get money back and bring justice. They should not cheat any other customer.
