I have ordered a Rakhi Combo worth Rs 495 on the day 3rd August 2020. For Same Day Delivery Promise,I paid Standard Delivery Charges Rs200.In total Rs 695 I paid by online payment mode on the same day.
But my Order is not delivered by the company on 3 rd August, the tracker system provided by company showed that it was delayed due to rain & traffic..& delivery is rescheduled on next day……the process continues till August 7 suddenly it showed the order is delivered .but in real it is not.. me or my bro havent received any parcel yet that is nothing is delivered by company to Shipping Address.
Even they have given Fake Contact No. & mail on website.
Please help me to get my order or Refund from this Fraud Company.
