I have purchased kurtas from an online website by name Fabindia, and received an email confirmation on the order, but it did not have any customer care number. Even the tracking link provided in the email is false. It’s been 20 days I have. It received my package and the email ID provided doesn’t work.

I have purchased kurta for my nephew 10 days before Diwali from an online website by name Fabindia, and received an email confirmation on the order. They assured delivery date 2 days before Diwali but I got mail regarding delayed your order. And after that no conversation from their side. After that I followed them by calling many times. Their reply was will deliver your order soon. But after 25 days they canceled my order and reverse the transaction. But I have not got full refund. This is so pathetic from such a well-known brand. Do not trust Fabindia policy and do not purchase from their website.
