I had ordered a product, cash on delivery, from Amazon from Delhi. Delivery boy himself cancelled the order and called me that package will be delivered after few hours. I called customer care for the same. I again placed fresh order prepaid for Rs 1999, scheduled to be delivered today. Again delivery person called me on my personal number from his number and said it is difficult to deliver and he himself cancelled the order.
My personal number was not supposed to be available to him by Amazon. And customer care is doing nothing.
