I have ordered a sari via an online link (Sari Bhandar) on Facebook on date 7/11/2022
With product ID 1689. The product I ordered was a navy blue saree on COD basis. As soon as I ordered, a call was received from Gujarat to confirm my order from 9173660598 this number.i have received my order today 13/11/2022 via Ecart logistic and did payment through paytm.immediately I open the packet it was a waste old and torn saree immediately I have tried to contact ekart customer support for transferring the money to the seller but have got no responsee and on the packet there was no information of seller have given at that place all the communication have done by shiprocket online service provider on the behalf of saree bhandar and I could not able to contact any one of them I felt I have got cheated and felt that all these companies are involved in this kind of scam because immediately i have tried to contact from ekart regarding this and ask for not to transfer the money to the seller but i have got no response and support.
