Respected Sir,
My name is Rakesh Kumar I am from Chandigarh. On 06-Apr-2021, an advertisement from Kidswing.in had flashed on my Facebook on which Kids wear and I ordered it online and made the payment of Rs 298. After success payment, I received a msg from number 5676734 that theThanksforyour purchase of Rs. 298.00 from Kids Wing Store! We’ll notify you when it ships. View order (#2036): kidswing.in/55730405537/orders/30677b4cd44d208ea7f001a0739b205f/authenticate?key=772dbf163ac5fa6f6806301a9b44aad1 Text STOP to unsub.” After that I tried to track the order number #2036, but there is no tracking system in the website, neither there is any contact number on he website. This is a fraud ecommerce website and is looting the public. I need to file a complaint against this company and would request to help me in getting back my paid amount of Rs 298/-.
