I ordered a product from a instagram page named RoopLehengas collection..(link will be attached)..I got the delivery on 28th November,2022..It’s price was 2350Rs..I did’t like the product quality,,so I contact them to return it..They told me that product amount will be refunded if i return their product..So i returned it with Delivery Direct Express,,on 1st December,,2022 & it charges me 348rs to courier it…They Recived the product on 5th December,,2022 & said money will be refunder on same day..They provided me a whtsapp no ( 7861952738 ) and I send my UPI id in whatsapp and in instagram DM also..After that they started igonreing my masseges & Not sending my money back..Plz help me to get my money back..

BLUE FASHION FROM INSTAGRAM WHO SEND ME THE WRONG PRODUCT ,AFTER MONTH THEY DID NOT REPLIED OR RECEIVED CALL.EVEN THEY DONT REFUND MY MONEY BACK..
THEY FRAUD WHO SALES CHEAP MATERIAL CLOTHES AND THEY DIDN’T DO EXCHANGE OR REFUND …
