I purchased two sarees from a website pattusaree.in which has a registered office in Gujarat according to the website. What I received were two completely different sarees, in totally different material, colour and standard than what was showcased on the website. There is no way to reach to the manufacturer as the contact number on the website in not reachable and there is no way to get refund or return the product. Attached here are the screenshots of my order and what I actually receive from them.
