I had ordered 3 Waist Coats on line @ 1099 Rs. and mode of payment was Cash On Delivery.
The parcel was delivered by a person from EKART Logistics at my residence after paying cash bearing delivery order No : TL11737, When opened there were 3 very cheap shirt which i din not order. When i contacted the EKART delivery person he told that he does not have the address from where he received the parcel, which means he is lying and he is also fraud and he knows the person who is doing fraud.
The customer care no. 8447215464 is showing in name of Vikas Chaturvedi but he is not receiving the call. Customer care link provided is Expired.
