I received a Cash On Delivery parcel that had Flipkart order ID on it. It was an exchange order, but my sister was not aware and she paid Rs. 992. The package had nothing but a torn cloth. Flipkart application shows that the parcel is still in transit.
I suspect this is a third party scam and not actually done by Flipkart, but I don’t know if I’m correct. I have already raised my concern to Flipkart and they have escalated it to the higher authority. This needs to be investigated in a strict way and all people involved in this need to be interrogated.
