I have order silver 916 jewellery from the seller and manufacturer Krishna Rathi through his instagram page ” Shilpshaala” a calcutta based company. I have previously ordered one and got it after a very long traumatic following with him. But he apologised for the delay and all discomforts so i ordered again two products on 30 july 2024. till now he hasnt sent those products and escapes from all mesg calls he once in a month attends the call and say next month i will get it and i have to wait no other option. its been 8 months since i ordered for 3500. He is doing the same with all his customers, now a page has been active by the name ” shilpshaalafraud” where all his customer complain about his fraudulent act and posting their details on orders and how he cheats.
