Hi All @ consumer complaints court
I had ordered 3 branded shirts @ 1099 as cash on delivery from replytrend.in
Order got delivered 2 days ago, courier person collected the payment and rushed out immediately. by the time I opened the parcel & realized that shirts are pathetic quality and dont even match 0.01% to whats displayed on their portal, courier delivery person was out of our complex.
On contacting the delivery person over call, he stated that if parcel is opened by us he wont be able to take it back & refund our money.
Please let me know how & where can I take this up to ensure that appropriate action is taken against these fraudsters and fraud company.
