I gave the order of sum products on Instagram page called @giftshopbyu51 on march 03 2022. her name is showing pallavi on page ..later i paid the amount of 1370/- rs. From Googlepay on the scanner she snt me.. she asked me to tke a screenshot and send once the payment is done.. i paid n sent the screenshot to her and she confirmed the order.. next day she provided a number n she said it was tracking id… But wen i check in Google it was shwing the number itself is wrng… The later day before yesterday i got a text msg frm shiprocket sying ur order vil b delivered on 7th march… On 7th march i got another text msg saying ur order is out fr delivery… N same day on 7th in night by 8pm i got a text msg as ur order has been delivered successfully… Bt i never got any courier still… Vn i chck the tracking number it shws it was delivered by dtdc domlur branch..i tried calling the office nobody answering the call… And that Instagram account person is not at all replying to my msgs.. plz help me gt my money back..that money really matters alot
