I am writing to file a complaint regarding an incident of online fraud that resulted in a financial loss for me. On July 4, I engaged in an online transaction on by Zeenazsshops.myshopify.com for a total amount of INR 518. However, it became evident that the transaction was fraudulent, and I did not receive the promised goods/services.
I am seeking your assistance in investigating this matter and requesting a refund of the amount lost due to the fraudulent transaction.
