Dear Sir/Madam,
I had ordered a mobile Oppo A52 (Twilight Black, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage) from Stuffclues website by paying an amount of Rs. 2990.0 by the credit card on dated Dec 13, 2020. They had provided an order ID #1086 and then one e-mail received towards his side, which is as follows- “Your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status”.
After that the website was disappeared and we did not receive any further details regarding order. I had done e-mail to them but they are not responding for calls & mails.
I have referred all details in attachment.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.
