Subject:Urgent: Complaint Regarding Fraudulent Order

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order placed through your online shopping site. I ordered a zipper seamless bra but encountered several issues:

1. No Order ID or Confirmation: After placing the order, I did not receive an order ID or any confirmation email.
2. Incorrect Item Received:Instead of the zipper seamless bra, I received a used old pair of jeans.
3. Order Rate: I paid ₹999 for this order.
4. No Return or Refund Policy:I discovered there is no return or refund policy, which adds to my frustration.
5. Lack of Contact: I have been unable to contact your support team through any provided channels.

I am deeply disappointed with this experience and request an immediate resolution. Please provide the correct item or process a full refund. Additionally, I expect clear communication and assurance that this will be resolved promptly.
