I have ordered a combo pant from a website called fashion bonanza and name of the company faction hut under the courier service of ekart logistics surface, order# : ST23AUG6615 , Awb SRTC7214031961, but in place of combo pants i have received torn shirts , after that i have tried to reach the company by the helpline number but those numbers were showing invalid (the no’s are 9643502111,020 3447 3471) .
Once before the delivery, the company called me for confirmation of address with the number 93118 99413 i have also tried to reach them through this number but this was showing switched off.
Again , in the courier there is a address for return of the courier if the customer doesn’t take the product, the address is
