I have ordered a combo of 3 suits @ Rs. 599/- on 28-7-2023 with order No. #ZMI11172
on 2-8-2023 parcel was delivered
After receiving the parcel I found that the product delivered to me was different from what I ordered.
In the parcel, instead of combo pack I received torn and old clothes that too of a size of small girl.
When I went to the site to file a return request there was no option available for return.
Mail id given in the contact section of website was also fake.
In short, once the parcel is delivered and payment made they lock my account and no option for return was available.
It was clear case of online shopping fraud. Plz do something so that I can get my refund
