on 24 April 2020, I placed an order for head phone set from shinesummer.in and also paid the amount Rs.999 from payTm wallet. Then I got a mail from shine summer that the order is confirmed on the same day. and also mentioned it will be notified once the order is made shipment. even there was a mail for any help from shine summer. the email ID was: help@shinesummer.in After waiting for few days and there was no information about the order placed, I dropped a mail to help@shinesummer.in for the status of the order. but the mail delivery failed for the reason that the address was not found. Not knowing to move forward, I am placing this complaint.

They show sony speaker and bose ear buds for 999 but they sent china product speaker and ear buds not sent by me this is ridiculous
I’m fedup with this people in that speaker box there is no name bose ear buds not sent what the hell they are thinking we are comedy piece
