I ordered a pair of Boat airdopes Bluetooth earphones on boatmusical. live website. I had a suspicion earlier seeing very low prices of all the products but since it was under a reputable brand name “BoAt” and the website was also protected So, I trusted it. I did the payment of ₹349 for one product order done on June 16, 2022 and ₹490.23 for another order done on July 3, 2022. Till now the products have not been delivered hence this proves to be a fraud. Please help me in this matter to get my money back.
