the seller promised to send 2 pair shoe…but received a complete different shoe …..i paid 200 advance and 2800 cash on delivery…when contacted seller he tell to pay 2000 and also 300 for return or he wont process return …he says first pay then he will send a pickup guy….what if after paying he doesn’t send anyone
