I had placed an order for some toys items and clothes for children on “theethnic House” website on 10-11-2021 at 02:54pm.
Online payment of Rs.2,592/- was made through phonepe app vide payment ID pay_IJqlQq7jBFZ0za.
To an unfortunate event, I haven’t received any response and update regarding the despatch of the items ordered.
Please look into this matter at the earliest and do the needful.
