Text of Complaint by Tanwi Jain:

I ordered a fossil watch of rs 14505 from Myntra which was delivered to me on 25-5-2023. Before giving money to delivery agent, I asked him to let me open the box which he denied. So I gave him the money and took the box and unboxed the same before him and what I saw is a different local watch with box tempered inside. I immediately contacted customer care and shared the video of unboxing and images of the wrong product I got. The Myntra ppl took 6 days and finally denied me the refund and said we have delivered the right product and closed my issue. I again tried to talk but they have ended the conversation by saying that nothing can be done. This is clear case of fraud. My money has been looted and I have not got my ordered product. This has been mentally frustrating. Kindly do the needful.
