I had ordered 3 shirts on 9th of June worth rs 598/- I haven’t received any response or update from their side. I tried to contact them then they told that the order is pending and cannot be delivered to you.Then I asked for refund then they are asking the personal details of bank which are not to be shared. Trucaller is showing their contact as fraud. This is the order id..504264.. please help me in solving this problem

Paytm Mall – Package not deliveree I ordered Figs from PAYTM MALL (order no 11500829157). My address was correct and house was open. It was not delivered but it appeared delivered in my app.
I tried to call a lot in customer care but the call didn’t work. I also tried to call on Paytm Mall Apps but no call came.
Wrong & third class quality product received from Ethink mania company against my on line order , fraud my money. Not received my phone after several time try to talk
