My name is Subhashini, I placed an order for a saree through WhatsApp instructions and after viewing the Sasta Bazar Facebook saree advertisements. The full payment of ₹1299 was made
upfront as per their instructions. Despite
the completion of payment, we have not received the product to date and they have blocked me over their FB and WhatsApp page
Further, we have attempted to contact the individual who was previously in communication with us regarding order details and payment. Regrettably, our follow-up messages have gone unanswered, raising concerns about the legitimacy of the transaction.
