I have done online shopping on Club Factory on 18th of june having order number SO112293659 and the estimated delivery date for the same was 5th July. But it is not being delivered, the reason they provide me is that the order is lying at customs. I requested them on 21st July 2019 to please cancel my order and refund my amount of Rupees 750/= but they are delying the request on the one or the other pretext.
