I ordered wardrobe organizers with the offer ( Buy 6 and get 6 free) for Rs 999/-. Invoice ID: CD62061IC00004458 but I received a totally sub-standard product which is more like a saree cover and only 6 units instead of 12 units. This was highly disappointing and frustrating. This really shames the e-commerce platforms. Please take immediate and strict action against the vendor and help me get the right product and quantity I ordered with the offer that was promised or refund my full amount paid Rs 1000.
