Iam VenkataRamesh I ordered for Dell laptop and got Asus laptop and after checking I kept return request and after that my account blocked after that I have sent many mails and again and again you’re not taking seriously and please un freeze my account.
1.In my previous orders I ordered Dell laptop and after checking I found stuck problems and as per return policy I refund my money.
2.I ordered for Lenovo laptop and after checking I found hanging problems and touchpad issues and battery backup issues I kept return two times.
3. I ordered Lenovo laptop again and got same laptop which I kept return on checking same laptop again I got it and after chat with cs team I kept return and refund initiate done.
4. I ordered for Dell laptop and this time I got wrong laptop Asus laptop on checking next minute I kept return request. After that account freeze and continuously sending mails and call to cs team every time you mention some date awaiting I got one bleady mail from your side stating that sorry you’re request has been cancelled mail.i furnished all bills and photos of wrong laptop.
Kindly unfreeze my account/refund/ replacement of original Dell laptop or/ refund /of remaining balance amount.
Moreover Iam not seller retailer an ordinary employee kindly unfreeze my account.
