Good evening Sir/Mam,
I have ordered an Air cooler from Paytm Mall on 07/06/2021 order id : 13875295973 . sold by Kitchen Homez (New Delhi) . It was showing that the cooler will be delivered on 14/06/2021, I was waiting. On 14/06/2021 it was showing that the order will reach you on 21/06/2021, still I wait. On 21/06/2021 it was showing that it delivered on 25/06/2021. Also there is no cancellation option, and I prepaid the order amount which is costing Rs5691. Also when I was trying to contact paytm 24*7 customer care service, there was no response from paytm, only a popup message was listen that your order will be delivered soon, it is on the way. Yesterday on 21/06/2021 I report a complaint on paytm but from there also there is no response.
I paid the money but then also I have not received the order nor any support call from the dealer, it was my wrost expirence on online shopping mode ever.
It is my humble appeal to accept this request, and take some against them.
