I have ordered dress from Rudie shop on 20 July 2023 for Rs 478. My money got debited but didn’t receive any order confirmation. When called the customer care, the guy asked me to download rust desk app from playstore to get the refund. When I searched about the app,I came to know that it a kind of remote anydesk app. When I refused to download the app,he started to use abusive language and disconnected the call. Tried again to contact but the number is switched off. Customer care number is 8667642434. Pls help me the get the refund. I am attaching the screenshot.
