Hi on 21st May I ordered a Samsung Fold Z3 from mydukaan.io, order number 3636791 from Cell world. Received WhatsApp confirmation of order also. However on 26th May 2022 received an incorrect and damaged model of Samsung. They sent Samsung note 20 ultra, which is actually a dupe and doesn’t work plus damaged. I have tried calling their helpline several times to raise concern but no response. Sent multiple messages still no response. +91 84339 35390 this is the number. Please help me to get my refund
