I have ordered some lingeries from a site vetican tap.com . And yesterday I received my parcel but the product shown on site is totally different from what i received yesterday and till then i am sending mails or calling them but they are not replying. So the thing is that i want refund of my money.

I have ordered set of 8 lingeries through vetican tap. But I received completely different sets that too only 4 and they are of very low quality. I have mailed them but no reply yet. I have paid whole amount for the product. I want full refund immediately.
