I purchased a kurta set from gladiva.com and got a completely different product which costed me 1800 rupees and I can’t even return it

I received 2 roadside cheap quality saree from this GLADIVA company.. I ordered a suit of 1100.. After receiving wrong product I tried to contact on their number for which they called me to confirm my order they are not picking the call and also rejecting sometimes…. There’s no address no WhatsApp number nothing I can go to complain about the product.. No chance of refund as well
Hi…I am scammed by the same company the same way. Sad that I didn’t try to research more before placing an order. Did you get your refund?
