I ordered PACK OF 2 – FASHION FLOWER CRYSTAL EARRINGS whereas I have not received what I ordered as shown on the portal.

I hv also faced almost same problem. I hv ordered a autofocus German lenses and paid Rs. 1000 to courier service as COD, and I have received a product which is unworthy and not fitted with my vision. I hv tried to contact them through mail and messages as it has 7 days return policy, but neither messages nor email is working propeely and didnot get any reply.
