I ’ve ordered a product from www.ynrlehengas.in on 4th July 2020 and make payment via debitcard. Just a message was received for payment of my order from “no-reply@razorpay.com” and no other details order confirmation etc received via Email. After 22 days when I received no details from them so I contacted them at (+91)-8637087700. I tried to call them and he told me that it is the customer care no. of ynrfashion and your order has been cancelled because of some issues. When I ask them to refund my money first he asked me card details incl CVV number when I refused then he provided me with a no. (9901771222) and I received SMS from +91 7061193098 with a message (MBSREG ThbxsIzqaIMF63OEtNHp98o3eDTE4VijbpRChU3ThoD25fsbB2A0Z0PZyOufPI8f wwuuI8wU63R4uNWIvonG9ql03ks8dQbwje6rOXUJUvwbM)MBSREG uE8pzWCbQCxYjd9cdJyAOhBoyP39CiGidKuqmAU8BQfS8n6/puOVDGP/39GDSWhm 6ZkLex90TFcZYMPVU3vU5C97DZibxR1ixmQsYGNew1BSX and ask me to forward the same SMS on this no. 9901771222 within 25 seconds and my money will be refunded but I didn’t forward the SMS and disconnected the call. I have screenshots of all the details and came to know is a clear fraud, No company ask to do this. Please take serious action against them.
